Instrumental in transforming Kennedy into a premier alternative middle school for students at-risk of dropping out of school. This has been accomplished by recreating the culture of the school primarily focused on adult change in practice. Kennedy is innovative and has been first to implement many initiatives that have been adopted across the district including, Professional Learning Community, Applied Control Theory, CHAMPs (Classroom Management Model), Learning Focused Instructional Model, and 21st Century Skills.
