Mineral Springs is a magnet for arts and leadership with curriculum that targets the positive development of the whole child as he or she transitions from childhood through adolescence in the middle school years. Our mission statement establishes that in partnership with our greater community, we are committed to challenging and supporting our students to reach their highest intellectual, physical, emotional and social potential.
According to Principal Randy Fulton, "Each individual will be empowered with self-knowledge that is derived from a variety of sources. Every student will complete an interest and assessment series upon entering our school. This data will guide decisions based on the interests, talents, skills and needs of each individual. Placement in core and encore classes will reflect the results of these Multiple Intelligences Profiles and allow our staff to tailor the three year middle school experience to reflect that data."
Mineral Springs Middle School offers opportunities to students throughout Forsyth County as a countywide magnet school Transportation is provided.
