Hill Gallery

Pictures from our Saturday, day long Arts Fair where band, orchestra, drama, dance and the step team performed. The visual arts department had an exhibition in the gym. The PTA sold lunch and family and friends were invited. A performance held in the Auditorium for Black History Month. Pictures of the many clubs we have at Hill Arts Magnet. Mineral Springs Middle Gallery

On Oct. 13, 2009, the whole school celebrated!  The band played and the halls were cheering. Sixteen 8th grade students were selected to serve as school ambassadors for this year.  They spent two fun days bonding at Laurel Ridge. January 29th the 8th graders got to meet and mingle with a number of professionals from our community.

More than 50 members of the arts community attended a gala event in the media center on March 12, 2008 to learn about the exciting new Arts for Academics Program and how the school and the community can collaborate. RJR has a tradition of encouraging students to participate in community service as a part of their complete education.

Eighteen musicians from the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra spent the day with Reynolds students.  They performed for the entire student body, talked with students during lunch, and fanned out to classrooms as guest speakers and master musicians.

On September 15, 2009, two Rockettes held a Master Class with the RJR Dancing Boots in the Reynolds Dance Studio.  Anyone who wants to see the full Rockettes in action may purchase tickets for their shows at the WS Coliseum December 4 and 5.
