During the week of November 18, teachers from around the world shared stories, music, clothes and artifacts from their native lands with Ashley students. The teachers, from Ashley's staff and Sara Lee (Ashley's business
partner), represented India, Trinidad, Iceland, Columbia, Spain, China, Japan, Venezuela, Belgium, China, Puerto Rico and England.

"The children were fascinated and eager to learn about the different countries," said Anne Jenkins, IB facilitator at Ashley. "Several students said that they wanted to go and visit the places they learned about."
